The shipment of the products purchased on www.clementinanbaby.it takes place within 3 working days from the order. Delivery in Italy and the EU takes place on average within 5 days and within the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations.
For orders placed by credit card, to normal shipping times, it is necessary to add a working day for normal administrative checks.
For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment. Therefore the shipping times will start from that date.
The times indicated are net of:
a) adverse weather conditions
b) customs issues
c) particularly disadvantaged localities
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
For all orders placed, returns can be made up to 28 days from the order delivery date.
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
1. After 24 hours of receiving your order, access your account here: Login. Click on the "My Orders" section and then on "Request Return". Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced: we do not accept replacements for size changes.
2. Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form with the Return Authorization Code (RMA), the contact details of the courier to return the package and the address of our warehouse which you will need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.
If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.
Do you want to reprint your Return Form? You can download it directly from your account by accessing the "My Returns" area. Select the Return Authorization Code (RMA), view the request and click on "Download Return Form (PDF)".
3. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals , labels and tags still attached to the product.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the asset, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.
4. Print the return form and place it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Apply our warehouse address on the outside of the box.

6. Keep the shipping receipt
7. When the return returns to our warehouse, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded by bank transfer.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the repair or replacement or refund of the item within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of the Italian legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery. 14 days from receipt of the order. To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrectly sent" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.
The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute acknowledgment of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.
